I had to wait about 45 minutes after the car was parked out front. The last time was there I wanted windshield wipers replaced and they were not available, this time I let you know 3 weeks I wanted the wipers and you could not supply them again. I would have to make another appointment have them put on.

The problem wasn't fixed. The fuel still clicks off too soon before the tank is full. And the receipt said I received a coupon for Brown Bear Car Wash but I didn't get one.

Bill showed up on phone seemed very impersonal. I had optio to add a couple items but the total was up to maximum charge. 90 minutes for a tune up without an oil change. Then something that was to take 15 more minutes took almost 40. I had to go up to the counter myself on that as well.
