I had to wait about 45 minutes after the car was parked out front. The last time was there I wanted windshield wipers replaced and they were not available, this time I let you know 3 weeks I wanted the wipers and you could not supply them again. I would have to make another appointment have them put on.
Received a text from Kennedy identifying herself from Toyota of Puyallup offering to answer any questions we had.
Extremely kind and had me through the paperwork in no time.
Techs were unable to find what is causing the problem with my Tacoma. So we will need to bring it in a third time.
The problem wasn't fixed. The fuel still clicks off too soon before the tank is full. And the receipt said I received a coupon for Brown Bear Car Wash but I didn't get one.

Rebecca told me the lady did not put all the problems with the vehicle in the system, to where it could be all done in the morning instead of the afternoon.

Bill showed up on phone seemed very impersonal. I had optio to add a couple items but the total was up to maximum charge. 90 minutes for a tune up without an oil change. Then something that was to take 15 more minutes took almost 40. I had to go up to the counter myself on that as well.
I received my vehicle back as dirty as I took it in. I expected it to be washed as part of the service.
Very helpful during the processing of my vehicle, from writing the RO.
Great service team to work with. Have used multiple Toyota dealerships over the years. You guys are awesome and care about your customers.
