I called to make the appointment for my 5,000 mile service for Saturday 3/15 as I would be off work that day. I was told that I was also eligible to receive my 2nd key, but that that service could only be completed Monday - Friday, so I made the appointment for Tuesday, 3/18 even though that was significantly less convenient as I worked over night the night before and would be exhausted at the appointment - but since I wanted to get the 2nd key - and I live in Seattle - I wanted to do it all in one appointment. After they called me up to tell me that the service on my car was complete, they informed me that they didn’t do the 2nd key because they had forgotten to order it, and didn’t have the key available in house - but that I could return the next day to get it done. Since I live 45 min to an hour away, this is super frustrating. I am never in Puyallup, and I made time out of my schedule to be there at a less convenient time specifically to get the key. Not sure how this can be reconciled, but I am less than thrilled with the service that I received.

Always an incredible job taking care of our 2009 Highlander Hybrid. They were able to troubleshoot a minor noise issue and also were able to replace bulbs that we needed. Becca kept us posted about the issue and we are happy with the results. Plus the coffee and snacks are the best part of it. Leaving with a hot fresh Cappuccino and pretzels made my trip home so much more enjoyable!!! Keep up the great work!!
