It would be nice to know beforehand that I was gonna be charged $185 for a diagnostic fee. Especially after I was already charged $100 diagnostic fee, paid by the warranty company but still.

Not satisfied at all. Waited 3 hours and checked with the front desk only to find out my car hasn’t even been started on because of misplaced paperwork. Took 5 hours to get a diagnostic done. Had to miss work. This is the 4th time I’ve had something like this happen at this place. Never again. You should’ve paid me! Instead i paid $173 for a 5 hr wait and missed out of $350 at work

I brought my vehicle for service yesterday 19th March 2025, after the tires was swapped, I realized many knife marks all over the tires no body even told me that my tires was sliced with knife, it was so bad and so open to notice, if I had ride on I-5 with the car, who knows, something bad might have happened. Thank God that I noticed. I don’t know who did it, but as a professional, they were supposed to alarm me that my tired was in a great danger. I can’t believe any professional motor safety service would be so careless. I had to quickly buy all the four tires from Discount Tire.

I appreciate Kennedy's patience with me as I have probably been a major pain to her. But I think everything has been resolved, I'm not sure what I'm hearing, but I'm not able to hear it with the mechanic in the car. When it's just me, I hear a bit of a clunk, but when someone else is in there, there is no clunk so he assured me that nothing was loose and everything looked good so I'm not gonna worry about it. And if down the line, something is wrong. I trust that I'll bring it in and you guys will get right on it. You're excellent from the front door all the way through to the service department and back onto the road. I appreciate your customer service and excellence and thank you for all your help.
