Didn’t wash car as promised. Had to wait after told it was ready. Wanting to charge for cleaning battery terminals is over the top and should be included!

Customer Service was good but there was grease on my door handle and on the front of my truck from the hand that shut the hood. My steering wheel was also gross.

Efficient service. Everything was done and the vehicle was done on time. The only thing that could have been done better would be drying the windows so they wouldn't have had spots all over them. Very minor issue. Very pleased with the service. The rental car was nice and clean and comfortable as well.

dollen did a great job. your computer system did not show that I had an appointment. I showed him my when I made the appointment by phone. He excuse himself to see if the service dept could accomadated me. when he returned, he was happy to tell me that you get my service done as soon as we finished the paperwork GREAT JOB!! Mr Galletti was very nice and he explained what was going to happen. He listened carefully as I told him why I was back in the service department. He validated the trust that I in placed in Toyota of Puyallp on River Road.
