The free car wash with my oil change service wasn't too great. There was quite a bit of dirt residue left on the front bumper of the car and the back windshield. The oil change service is fine as usual.
Sophia and the rest of the team in the Service department were great. I appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and care.

My 15% Costco coupon was not accepted. I contacted Costco and they are investigating.
It took three weeks from the time I requested to the time when I got an appointment . That’s way too long to wait. Since I was going in for my 10000 mile maintenance, by the time I got the message to schediule it was already too late to come in around 10000 miles. The same thing happened for the 5000 mile maintenance.
Other than scheduling, the service once I got there was excellent
I think she is new, but she appeared confident and sought out the answers to my questions if she didn’t know.

While not a terrible experience it certainly departed from the excellent service I received in the past. Two of the three air filter housing snaps were left unsecured and the inspection results were not included with the invoice and needed to be requested.

Took over 3 hours to get an oil change, I finally went to the front to ask if they were done and apparently they were done and I was just sitting in the waiting room while no one notified me. Had to hunt someone down for ky keys as well.
My rep owned every issue. He was awesome. He had a poem in his arm cant remember his name.
Stacy was very professional, yet personable and patient with my questions.
I appreciate the wonderful communication and follow through had by our service manager. I look forward to giving positive feedback in the survey.

I was quoted to replace my front brakes and rotors when I just had them done last week.
I came into because my car was showing Maintenance Required on the display. I had the oil changed and the Multipoint Inspection noted that I needed a cabin air filter and an under hood air filter. This could not be completed due to lack of supplies. I will need to make another 30 minute trip to get these items fixed. I was also asked if I wanted my car washed and I said yes, but when I picked up my car it hadn’t been washed. Then when i started my car the Maintenance Required alert was still in my display.
Very wick and efficient service. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you all!
