The only question I don't have an answer for is my maintenance plan. I purchased an extended warranty until 2028, yet the maintenance person stated that it expres 11-2023. Your computer was diwn when I called.

I love my CH-R...after 2 years since I bought it and it still looks and drives just as fantastic as it did the first time I got behind the wheel...I wouldn't take the time to leave this review...my CH-R has saved my life 3 times...one time my Son & Grandson were with me...I strongly feel that if I would have been driving my previous car there wouldn't have been a 2nd or 3rd time to brag about...this car does what I want and need it to do...the only regret I have is that I didn't own a Toyota a lot sooner!

The team at Puyallup Toyata is exceptionally professional and pleasant. This has not been my experience at other car dealers including other Toyota dealerships. The quality of the Puyallup Toyota dealership's service is one of the reasons I continue to recommend Puyallup Toyota to family and friends. Nicolas was great, but unfortunately the person I processed transaction with after my 3.5 hour wait wasn’t. All service from everyone else was fantastic except for her. I believe her name was Suzanne or mollie not exactly sure because they didn’t have name tags.
Jessica was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. She’s great!
Even though there was a miscommunication between staff, extending my Toyota cares by one additional service because I was under on mileage was honored and I appreciate it!
I came in for the 20K maintenance service. Routine service and satisfied with Jess customer service. She showed me the tech notes and explained the the findings (or lack of no issues with the truck). Thanks for having coffee and snacks!
