Repair was done early and a loaner car was provided which was great. The car was washed but was left with a tar like mark on the side which I had to rub off when I got home. Otherwise everything was great.
Aaron was simply incredible. She kept me informed every step of the way, and my vehicle was gone for several weeks. He immediately instructed me to reach out to my insurance company when he diagnosed the problem, allowing me to keep calm when I heard the size of the potential bill. You guys are lucky to have Aaron, he's just a great guy who truly shows what caring means. I truly felt he had my best interest at heart. Online scheduling has not worked the last 2 times, and staff admits it’s not reliable. . It’s unnerving to plan around an appointment then show up and be told you don’t have one. Thankful they have gone ahead and done the service, but if you know the system is broken, take it out of commission!

I waited 2.5 hrs (WITH A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT) for an oil change service. I was asked if I wanted a car wash (I politely declined) and my car was washed anyways. I will not be returning. I felt like I was at an emergency room waiting to be treated. I have never experienced this kind of wait in all my years of bringing my car in for service this long of a wait.
