The service I received was fine. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The time it took was quite long though.
She was nice enough during check in but she said she’d call when the car was done and we waited around killing time in Puyallup for THREE HOURS waiting for her promised call and finally figured we’d just go back and see if it was done - sure enough it was done and had been for 2 of the 3 hours we waited for her to call us. Pretty frustrating.
She is very through and concerned with my visit, making sure I was satisfied with the service on my vehicle
Jessica was very helpful and professional. Also, I needed to utilize the shuttle and had a great experience with Kevin. He is very personable and really enjoyed our conversations to and from the shop.
Your service department should check for a customer warranty status. We purchased an extended warranty with the car. I had to remind your cashier of this.
It took almost 2 hours to complete my oil change, the. When I asked about the car wash, I was told I had to request it. No one said I had to request the service, I thought it was part of the service. In the past I understood because of staffing it wasn’t possible but I could get a voucher for the car wash. I was told today staffing wasn’t a problem and someone could wash my car if I wanted but that would require me to wait even longer than the 2 hours. I chose not to wait. But I was disappointed because no one told me I had to request the service. I ended up having to pay $10 extra to go to a car wash on the way home.
Enterprise really did a poor job with the rental vehicle. 1st tried to give me Chevy Sprint, WAY TOO SMALL. Then, her tablet didn't work & I had to drive with her to the office. Once we were there, I was given a FILTHY Kia Soul with bird crap all over it. Never again
