The maintenance message is still in my dashboard
We get all our maintenance done at Toyota of Puyallup because it is always done right the first time.
Asked for service plus cabin and engine air filter change. After two hours they had cha ged oil and that was it. Had no more time so left without filters or carwash.
Since my six month PMI only a required tire rotation ( I have less than 5,000 miles on my car), it blows my mind that it took 1.75 Hours ?? I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone !! The gentleman that checked me in was very nice, but waiting that long would sour the happiest person’s attitude. My wife and I have both purchased our vehicles from you, but when it comes time to buy again we will think really hard before we buy from your dealership again.
Jessica was very helpful. I stepped out of the waiting room to enjoy the beautiful weather and Jessica searched for me to give information on my service. Thank you for that extra effort.
My maintenance needed message was not reset, so now I either need to go back in and have it fixed or have it come on for the next 5,000 miles. I also think it’s crazy that no warranty covers the thermostat on a car that is less than 3 years old. I don’t have to put in $850 on a car that new. The service person was very and helpful. That was the one good thing!
