Just wondering how much you would take for my car
My car went in for a paint issue which took around 3 weeks which the time frame was expected. I then received a call from Toyota that my car was ready . I was told to go out front and they would bring my car out to me. I was checking the paint over to see if the paint was a match and the guy who bought my car out said he had to go. After looking it over the paint on the drivers door looked like a good match. I got into my car and there was rubber molding stuck to the front passenger seat and the interior was filthy. I left and preceded to go home then I noticed what I thought was a smudge on the front passenger wing window turned out to be a large scratch on the inside of the window then I noticed that one of the roof rubber molding was missing. I then turned around and went back to Toyota to show them the missing parts and the damage to my window. There was no quality control by Toyota after sending my car out to a third party before they brought my car out to me. My car was left and I was given a ride home. I left on vacation and returned 10 days later and my car was done 3 days after I came home. I went to pick it up and went into the service department. One of the advisers took my name and rounded up my paperwork and keys and said my car was parked out front. Then again no customer service agent went out with me to look over my car to go through the work that was done. I’m pretty sour about the whole experience and I doubt if you will ever see me in your dealership again. Mike M
Thank you Stephan for the updates on my car repair. Although there are some miscommunication prior to driving my car over, you still accepted the car and tried your best to help me and my husband's concerns.
I received excellent service regarding my tire issue. The manager came out also to say hello and see how I was doing. Great customer service. Thank you.

The customer service rep was not very helpful. She is not qualified to talk to anyone about their car. She didn’t really know much about the extended warranty plans. I feel I got cheated on that. I might just have to go elsewhere for my services with another Toyota dealership.
Rebecca listened to my needs and made sure she new exactly what was going on to better assist me with our problem. She greeted me promptly with a smile, kept me well informed as the day progressed, and took care of everything and more!

I bought the car there new and have nothing but problems with puyallup toyota

I have never had to wait so long for service. I was there for 2 and a half hours for a 50000 mile check up. That's crazy!! Also, I understand you will not be accepting cash starting August 1. King county has ruled that businesses MUST take cash if that is what the customer wants to do. I strongly disagree with your policy and will consider doing business somewhere else.
As soon as I left my sunroof was not working requiring me to make another appointment as I didn't have time to go back in.
I had a 4:pm appointment and my vehicle wasn’t pulled into the shop until after 5:pm I finally got out at 6:45. Only needed oil change, fluid checked and tires rotated
You said I would only answer one simple question. I don’t appreciate the follow up questions.
