We had a free oils change. This time. I had confirmed this on making the booking. The lady said there was no record of it on the computer and then had the hardest time getting our info for our car even had to go back and forth to different managers to get help.
Then told us we used our free oil change already in February which we did not and can see on our bank statement we paid.
All in all a pretty poor expo today
No not contact me. I have the 12 point inspection and was told I need a new cabin filter. I did that last service. Also told that my battery reading was on the low side. I just replaced the battery this year. All the work has been at this location. This leaves me wondering about the quality of service

I was disappointed that car washes are no longer available. Maybe do an extra special fee for new car owners. Who better to take care of your loved vehicle than Toyota. I would pay it!

I was asked if I wanted the vehicle washed to which I answered yes. The paperwork stated the vehicle was washed but it wasn't.
