Vehicle was scratched & dinged in several places during service appointment. I specifically requested my vehicle not be washed yet it was, which is likely when the damaged occurred due to the locations and number of damaged areas. Stacy took pictures of it and said one of the service managers would reach out tmrw 7.14. I look forward to speaking with Rick, Richard, or Trevor regarding the matter.
This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in my life with a dealership. Communication about my car was top notch every step of the way. Picking up my car was amazingly fast. I won't be taking my car anywhere else but here.
