Service department did a great job today. Will be looking at potential trade in if my Tundra for 2024-25 model next year depending on what new models provide.
Super responsive and communicative, quick repair and a reasonable bill. If I lived closer I'd switch to this service center immediately.

The time taken was great and the upfront counter experience with customer service rep Aaron was top notch. The truck was washed and delivered back to my wife and I. As I begin to check out the work done, I noticed some hard scuff marks underneath the glove box.
I am a security officer in downtown Seattle and I daily interact with addicts and transients. I can not prove that someone smoked marijuana in my truck but it had a fairly strong smell of it. So yes in some things happy and in some things disappointed, the guys doing the upholstery work should have cleaned up after themselves . Also had 49 extra miles on the truck which was surprising , not sure why.
