Richard was great - friendly, professional and courteous. My only complaint is that my car was not washed as requested but that’s not Richard’s fault. I didn’t take the time to go back in and request it be washed as I needed to get to another appointment. Otherwise all was great.
Great service all around today. Prompt service, good communication, and Rick and Rich made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Jessica was ready with my keys as soon as I got back and recognized me when I came in. Thanks to all. Feels great having found a dealership I can rely on and will be returning for future service as well as for my next vehicle purchase in the next couple months if the sales team is half as good as the service dept.

I’ve always been happy with the service at Toyota of puyallup including my recent visit. One thing you might want to know, they man guiding people into the service area and writing down the mileage was handing out personal business cards about his carpet cleaning business and asked me not to tell anyone. I wasn’t going to say anything but decided you should know about that.

I bought my car brand new, there were swirls in the paint. They tried to say it was normal, or from driving it, or taking it through a BRUSHLESS car wash. When I finally got them to buff it, didn’t work. Had to argue with them again, they said it’s normal to have swirls in the paint, I had to call several people and argue until they were willing to look. There was a lot more to this story. I was belittled, gaslight, most of them were very condescending. When I took it in the last time l, the swirls were very clear because was able to show them in direct sun what I was talking about and they finally fixed it. BUT, not until after Matt the sales manager was very delude to me about a loaner car. I had told them a week prior, that I could bring my car in on the day they asked me to, however I was scheduled to move into my new apartment that day so needed a vehicle no smaller than my highlander. They saved me a rav 4, which is smaller. Matt brought a Honda pilot down, which I only asked “do the seats fold dow?” He never answered my question except for saying “mam, it’s just as big as your highlander” there’s more to this as well, the service rep actually came and apologized after because he thought he was extremely rude too. If I could actually get a call back from the owner of Toyota, I’d rather talk to that person. I absolutely do not want to speak with any managers. Paint looks good now, thanks

Had damage to vehicle called and got nowhere also told my sales person and nothing. I spent over 80,000 on this one vehicle (I’ve bought 2 in 6 months) and this is how I get treated…..
Sophia was very pleasant, she asked me questions and gave me information that I will need to know going forward. I was very satisfied with her help this morning while getting my oil changed.
No courtesy wash available. Never happened before.
