I was there for my appointment on time at 745am and told it would be up to an hour to get my 1 tire installed. It took over 2 hours to get my 1 tire done. I understand being busy but communication with your customer would be nice if you are running behind. I had to cancel another appointment I had because of the wait. Very dissapointed.

I know it was done for at least 15 min, I saw it parked in the completed group. I finally asked about it and someone came out 5 min later to give me my keys. FRUSTRATING!!! 20 minutes lost for no good reason.
I brought my vehicle in to have the oil change done and to also look at the rear DIFFERENTIAL. I was extremely unpleased with the way I was being treated when I responded to them telling me that it was my intake that was making noise. I work with vehicles and customers every single day and when I told them there is a terrible clunking and banging coming from underneath my vehicle they responded back about my intake. When I came to pick the vehicle up I informed Nick about the clanking and showed him what I was experiencing through the TSB and I was treated like crap about it. I also waited in the lobby for an hour and a half just to have someone come out to ask me what I was waiting for like I had been pushed to the side. I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated to the point to where I feel like the problem with my $47,000 vehicle wasn't important enough.

My daughters car had the tires stolen while in toyotas care front end damaged we still dont have car back. Very disappointed by the lack of empathy from toyota.
Richard is a credit to your business. Vehicle was to be washed; but, service was completed and vehicle returned unwashed - had to return to service dept. and request it. Upon completion of wash, vehicle was returned to me with driver’s seat soiled/smudged dirt spot approx. 3” x 1 1/2” which I was able to partially clean when I returned home. All employees were helpful…
