Rebecca was great and did a fabulous job. I feel like the technicians treated me like an idiot. Would recommend Rebecca for a customer service award though. Watched that girl work her **** off with a smile on her face.
The service was quick and washed my car! They met the estimate they gave me 3 months ago! Pleasant experience!
Zackery mentioned recently starting this job, he's doing great! He checked me in but was actually off shift before my service finished so he introduced me to Stacey who would be checking me out before leaving. I thought this was a great touch.
We were told he would come see us in the waiting area in 1 hour. After 2 hours I went to the counter to ask for an update, and our car was actually ready, but no one came to get us.
No one kept me updated. I called to find out how things were going at almost 5pm. I'm a little disappointed with that. Other than that I was satisfied.
I arrived early, but was welcomed In immediately! Fast and friendly too! Today’s visit was not covered by the maintenance program, but I had a coupon that I received in the mail, so it was ultimately fair and affordable. I am only a little confused that I may need brake’s soon…as I don’t have too many miles. Overall…excellent job! Thank you

At 30000 miles my adaptive cruse quit working. After the computer was reset it appears the cruse is working. Chance was not sure about that nor was the manager. Now they will know if you can tell them

Their service is not poor but they can surely improve on customer service. I had to communicate with them repeatedly to install sensors on my car. There was lack of communication from their end.

Laurie took good care of us when we brought our vehicle in for repair. We’d asked for a complete diagnosis of the problem. She kept us updated, both on what the problem was and what the total repair would cost. This is not the first time we’ve brought our Prius in for a repair. Luckily, Laurie was our customer service representative, and was the main reason we returned the second time we needed service.
