I have always felt and trust Toyota service and I understand that you have become very busy and popular however I don’t understand how a 2:15p appointment can take 1 1/2 hour wait time. Other than that I think you guys are great

He was over all great with his customer service. **** car tho for a 2023 Toyota 4Runner to be as expensive at it is and have a **** camera and screen. Hope to get a recall asap

Anastasia asked if I wanted my car washed after service. I said yes but it was not done. Same thing happened during my last visit. Why ask if they aren't going to do it?

When notified that my car was ready for pickup, I was assured that the issue I brought it in for had been resolved. When I came to pickup my car, I found that the problem wasn’t resolved. I was upset to find this was the case after driving from Tacoma and back for service from your company. Additionally, Becca promised to have information waiting for me when I came to pickup my truck regarding the cost of replacing a missing SD card. The information was not waiting for me as promised. I’m disappointed in my treatment as of the date that I write this review.

I called at least 5 times before my appointment today to prepare the staff and team and to verify everyone would be ready for my BZ4X maintenance appointment and, they still weren’t and it sat in the lobby for 2 hours for a car wash.

Thank-you, for informing me of needed maintenance and checking to see if the issues could be completed today. With the extra time involved, offering a shuttle or perhaps a rental. Appreciate the car maintenance person being able to complete the job before the suggested time. Everyone was professionally efficient & friendly.
