After being quoted an hour and a half wait for my oil change I waited almost 2.5 hours with no updates. Then when I went out to my vehicle after service, the service team had left a bunch of trash inside.
She was very attentive at keeping me informed of my car maintenance status and an added need.

Love Toyota of PUYALLUP had a great experience today, only thing was inside of my truck smells like dirty oil, or grease now. I did see the guy put in a seat cover so maybe it’s just the steering wheel or something. I’ll be taking it in soon for a full detail so hopefully that smell goes away.
