I booked an appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance. It took 2 hrs to get my truck done. Just about everyone I saw check in after me left before me!!!

The customer service provider by Sonia Benzin was above and beyond. But the issue I had came in for multiple time has yet to be corrected. And now that I need to come in for then same issue and talking to a different advisor I’m getting scheduled for appointments that are far away and will come with a cost when they where not there before. Which is making getting to work more of a challenge. And is frustrating to come in and not have the problem corrected and or get turned away for a service that should have already been resolved

I was disappointed in that I was told they were going to wash my car after the service but it wasn’t performed. Additionally my $8 coupon couldn’t be used… Thanks Ken SCHONAUER

We had HomeLink installed in our new RAV4 hybrid - we were under the assumption that was a standard feature. The installation went well and I was able to program it to open our home garage door.
