Nic is great and he’s working hard to get my Venza fixed, but Stephan wasn’t able to get the dashcam working the first time. Nic wasn’t able to get it fixed the second time. I’m hoping the third time is a charm! I realize neither of them is actually doing the repair, but I’m not sure who is supposed to double check it’s actually done.
Also, I’m struggling to understand how my rear washer fluid dispenser could work perfectly spraying a light mist all over the windshield, for almost two years, but now it’s “normal” for the fluid to dribble down my windshield. Confusing!
I never received a phone call when my car was done. I was told it would take all day and knew they closed at 6. When I hadn’t heard by 5pm, I called and inquired. The work was completed, but I hadn’t been notified.
The sevice man wasn’t nice, too long to wait, too expensive price.
My "Only" issue was the loaner vehicle was NOT full... When I received it, it had 268 miles left in the tank, when I returned it with a full tank, it had 336 miles left. Other than that, everything was done great!
All of your staff is great. I always receive great customer service when I go there. I purposely purchased my car at this location due to the prior service I received when I had owned a different Toyota 10 years prior. Keep up the good work!
