Beginning was awesome, Nic was great but it was the end trying to get my car back after it was service that turned my experience sour. I had to wait an hour to get it back while my keys just sat on the back desk.

It takes 3 weeks to get an appointment with on line scheduling. Way too long in my opinion.
Dollen was great and so was the whole team who manages service center requests. However, I received my truck back and when I got home the panels by my shifter were all scratched. My truck is less than a week old and it **** to see that happen.

I have been a long time Toyota customer. At one time every one in my family had a Toyota. But the last visit before this visit I brought in our extra car a Corolla. I had the tires checked I was told front tire had a nail in a area that can’t be fixed but only replaced. I went to another business who told me the tires still good shape fixed tire off I went. This time with my car I was given things to change but I’m not feeling confident with Toyota to do the job right. When I told rep what happened with the tire she said oh it must have been a new technician. Really? Not a good answer. I’m getting second estimates at this time. I’m usually a true Toyota customer but feeling not confident with being over charged. Sad to say because I always thought Toyota always believed in their product and service. I only got a oil change and filter change this time.
He did a great job communicating with me and hearing what I was in for.
