Well started out to be a nice experience,dropped my car off for my 1030 appointment told it should be done by 1130am which is expected.asocciate came out to let me know my air filters recommended changed said ok should be done in 10 minutes waited another 15 minutes and paid. Thinking my car was done waited 5 or so more minutes had to go back in to find the associate waved him to me to talk and i asked if my car was being brought to the front his reply was they still haven't brought my car i said no he went in back to find my car and bring it to me probaly wont come there again. It was just a simple oil change filters replaced didnt even want a car wash

I was not satisfied due to Toyota refusing to help fix my vehicle. With that said, Nick, has amazing customer service and went the extra mile for me. I am completely satisfied with him. He did everything possible to help me. In the end it was Toyota who let me down, not Nick. He deserves a promotion. He did a better job than the manager who left me hanging and never called me back like he said he would. I was not satisfied with him either. Nick is the only reason why I am not submitting a negative review on Google.
Your service department forgot to tell me my vehicle service was complete and left me sitting there for almost an hour. If I hadn’t noticed my vehicle was parked outside who knows how long I would have been waiting.

I ended up having issues with transportation plans to p/u car when work was done. My kids work at hospital and couldn’t get away at a reasonable time.
He reassured me that he would keep me posted on the time work would be done and have a shuttle for me to pick up car.
That extra service when in a pinch makes “all well”!
My problem is not with the dealer shop, my problem is with the part and service rep. I believe they lied to about my power train warranty, if I didn’t know anything better, I probably will fall for it, but I didn’t, then the girl named Becca who serviced me came back to me said Manufacture made mistake, my water pump does covered under the power train warranty (5years/60000miles), so at this point I don’t know who really lied, or just a simple mistake. And when I left with loner car, Becca said she’ll call me when my car is done, but I waited until 3:45, no call, so I called, they said my care was done a while ago and Becca already off to home. I consider this as bad service.
