I had an oil change and paid for new wiper blades! Around 3:00pm I get a call stating they forgot to put on the blades and I had to drive back to the dealership which I leave in Tacoma so the tech can put them on. Once I was there the tech had to go back 3 times because they gave him the wrong size! At the end all she could say was sorry!!
I appreciated Dollen was very easy to talk to and was very patient and understanding as I recited my tale of woe. After the issue was successfully resolved, he summarized in a way I could understand and didn’t make me feel rushed if I had questions even though it was a very busy waiting room.
I LOVE my van. Everything about it. I only take it to Toyota for service. I love the look of it.
I love the feel of it. I love getting 35.4mpg. I love that my son’s wheelchair fits perfectly.
I want/need it to run for 225k miles. And I think only Toyota gives me a good chance at it
I brought my 2001 Toyota Tundra in on Monday, August 28 due to overheating. The truck was repaired and we picked it up on Friday, Seot. 1.
The cost was $909.64. Upon driving home I noticed that the temperature gauge reached the red zone within minutes. I arrived home but could not drive the truck due to this issue. I called several times this morning (Sept. 5) but there was NO answer at T of P. I have been a steady customer since purchasing the truck and my 1999 Solara in 2001. This issue needs to be addressed. My phone number is ****-****-xxxx. Kathleen M
I have always been very pleased with the service at Toyota for the last 25 years. But I waited for two hours to have my new tires put on and then was told it would be 2 1/2 hours for the brake job which meant remove the tires that were just put on to do the brakes job, which did not not make any sense and probably meant I was charged more for labor that wasn’t necessary since it seems logical. The brakes would’ve been done first while the old tires were off. I did not mind waiting, but when 2 1/2 hours was up and no one had come out to talk to me. I went back to the counter, Rebecca was at lunch, and my paperwork was on the back counter, and I don’t know how long my car had been ready sitting in the lot. Also no oil change had been done. When I called with questions a very nice lady name Tina answered all of them, and apologized and offered to send me an oil change at no charge. Rebecca did tell me about a distributor cap? Something about a hose also leaking. None of this was on my paperwork for future recommendation.
I bought my car there at Toyota of Puyallup, and have always brought it there for servicing. I am always happy with the service, the people and the free coffee machine. Thank you and keep up the great work!
The clerks inside were exceptionally courteous and professional. The oil change was done in a reasonable amount and f time. My only complaint is for a $100 oil change, the vehicle should have at least received a courtesy wash!
Prompt and friendly service.
Nic is an outstanding service representative.
Jessica was polite, efficient, and communicated clearly as to the progress of the shop and any choices they wanted me to make. She is a good representative for the dealership.
I have been with Toyota of Puyallup for about nineteen years. Always a pleasure working with you.
They said they would wash car they didn’t. Number two which is not the service person’s fault but I shouldn’t of had to pay for something that was already on the vehicle when I got it and getting a 15 % discount was a slap in my face .
Thank you for keeping me informed of the progress of the service.
The wait for service was much shorter than expected. Sophia was pleasant when she went over the aspects of service.
Sophia was very attentive. Please give this young lady a raise????
Friendly and knowledgeable workers
