I was told when I made the appointment it would be 3 hours. I dropped it off at 8 and it was ready after 3 PM. Stephan didn't contact me the first time until after 11 and I replied with "Is it ready?", which he never responded to. I talked to one of the service people at Noon and was told they had done the alignment, but not the tires, and everyone was now at lunch. I didn't hear anything more from Stephan until after 3 PM, then he was sparky and full of excuses. He never apologized and I won't be back for anything but routine service ever again!
I owe a big thanks to Jessica Tulloh. She is knowledgeable and incredibly quick in her service. Between the customer and the company there are many possible solution that favor one party or the other. She knows the middle ground.

Rebecca was really nice and the man that was working with her today. The last time I was in for an oil change he took the time to go above and beyond. He fixed my hatch and informed me very nicely it’s made that way to set the height you want it at. Lol I have been living like that for almost a year running my head into the back hatch thinking it was broken. Thank you again kind sir! You made my year! :)
