Very personable and efficient service lady, a joy to work with. I arrived early, she took me right in, and I was out and on my way home 1/2 hour earlier than I expected to be.
Taken care of from the time I pulled in, while I checked in, and checked out. Everyone was helpful and courteous.
They said they put air in my tires but didn’t, and the people were helpful. But I just wished they did a better job than what they did do.

I only one small problem and that was from the service area because my check in and check out were totally professional and timely. The problem within the actual repair actual service was that my driver seat was changed so that I could not easily drive with the seat back as low as they had it, I have since recovered, and with the help of one of your receptionists, I have my seat back to where it should be, and operating as it should be I was having quite a problem laying down, almost and unable to sit up and drive
We also got the full correct programming for the driver seat, such as when entering the car or when, leaving the car or when things don’t like the chair and the steering wheel had to move once we entered the car once I entered the car and that is all cleared up and it was one of those two female receptionist one checked me in and the other help me get that automatic seeding and steering wheel arrangement put together perfectly
Prices way to high and couldn't replace a simple strut without a $150 diagnostic
Chance was great, he was quick and professional. My door gouge after my oil change is a different story. Chance is taking care of this issue as we speak on 10-2-23

After one hour and 45 minutes I finally asked where our pick up was and if it was done? The girl at the payment desk went to check because the service advisor was gone. She came back and said it was completed but no one told us?? She apologized and they brought our truck to us. We never spoke to Trevor?? Very strange because always have good service there . We drive up from Olympia to have our vehicles serviced in Puyallup.
I was switching from Titus Will in Tacoma to Toyota of Puyallup. The staff made it very easy, they were kind and helpful.
