Chance was great to work with.. He is friendly, professional, and helped me understand the terms of my Prepaid Maintenance Agreement , and also additional mileage-related recommended servicing. Another example of the type of service I’ve come to expect with Toyota!

I was told that I need to have oil changes every 10,000 miles so they did not do an oil change. Unfortunately that means I need to come back in 2,500 miles even though I was in yesterday because they wouldn't change my oil early
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and immediately helped us. I appreciate that. She also checked us out before our car was brought around so we could leave immediately. Sometimes you will stand there awkwardly for a few minutes for someone to check you in on the service side. But we didn’t get asked about a car wash or have or car washed. And a basic oil change took over 2.5 hours. Long wait.

The dollar amount, wait times, and estimated job times we're different than the information given to me with my initial visits. A little surprised by the cost.
The tech, Chance, was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the check in so easy and enjoyable. The vehicle was ready before the predicted time
Came in for complete brake job, mechanic forgot to readjust the parking brake, no parking brake att all. Mechanic should have caught this, could have been fatal. I love Toyota of Puyallup, have been a customer for over 40 years, I hate to be negative but I also had to take time to bring car back
