The engine oil was overfilled about 3/8 above the top mark on the dipstick. You changed the oil on my rav4 three times and all three times the oil was overfilled, even when I asked not to do this. Thank you.
Good experience overall. But I noticed the "next maintenance" tag was printed to schedule a service 5 months from today, rather than the 6 months the service schedule recommends and that I've gotten from every other service center. (Everything on the service was in the green.) Seems like kind of a sneaky way to get more business.
