The access panel was left unscrewed. It would appear that the service Mechanic removed one screw, loosened the other then rotated it out of the way to facilitate the oil change. Then once the oil change was completed he forgot to rotate the panel back and install the removed fastener in addition to tightening down the temp installed one. Luckily I caught it when I got home . The remaining fastener had almost vibrated loose and I would not be thrilled to have lost that panel.
The only thing is missing was washing my car as I requested to the lady at counter but everythings fine. Thank you again.
About a week ago there appeared on my Toyota Tacoma dashboard a tire symbol with an exclamation point (!). Today, with a brand new set of tires, the symbol is still flashing upon my dashboard!
Can anyone tell me what it means?

We weee asked if we wanted our car washed, the answer was yes. On the receipt it says it was washed, it was absolutely not washed and not vaccinated. Very disappointing

Service Advisor was "disorganized" and I had to ask several follow-up questions before I finalized my transaction.
Also, the POS terminal would not accept my credit card and it had to be manually entered.

1) My appointment was at 7:30 am, was told it would take at the most 6 hrs. No updates all day arrived at the dealer at 4 pm & it wasn't done. Didn't drive away until 5:35 pm. I missed a dinner party because of this.
2) When my service was complete & my vehicle was pulled out front. It was supposed to have been washed. It didn't looked washed as it was covered in sticky needles. According to the individual who pulled it out, it had been wash. They pulled it back again & washed it again and sprayed it with the hose. Looked better but lots of needles on the roof. Also when back lift gate was opened it was packed with needles around the door jamb. This is unacceptable to have a brand new vehicle not even a month old to be parked under pine trees. With the amount of needles I would quess it was parked there for some time. The needles were pitchy & sticky. I asked for a detail & was told an email to the manager would be necessary. I have not seen any communication about this today as of this survey.
