Came for service 11/3. Got home (2 hours away) n heard a rattle. Drove back on 11/8 n found the technician didn’t tighten the skid plate down. Had to wait 2 hours… n spend 4 hours of driving n gas to fix..had several other issues the past year with routine service. I’ve bought 7 vehicles from Toyota of Puyallup in the past 25 years, and serviced them all at the dealership. Call me to discuss.. ****-****-xxxx. Thank you.
I just wonder how long of a joyride they did to test my vehicle for drivability that’s my only question the installation looks great. I would’ve never done the dash cam but the air deflection I’ve done before that’s all I have.

Didn’t receive the safety inspection sheet I am used to, and which I closely refer to; brake wear, tire condition, etc. Also, calling me when car is finished is fine, but a simple, unknown number will always receive a non-answer from me. I suggest you go back to calling out our names in the waiting room.

When I got the key fob back it was torn on the rubber part over the lock button and the ring holding it onto my key chain was gone. As for the service - it was excellent, my car has over 250k miles on it. The quality that Toyota puts into it’s vehicle’s is some of the best I’ve seen ANYWHERE. I have owned over 50 cars in my lifetime and with the exception of my 2018 Tesla this has been the second best car I’ve owned.
Logan was kind and professional but issue is still there. I will be back to have the issue re-addressed when I can find the time to do so. I do not think it is a mechanical issue with my truck however, next time I will be requesting to ride along to point out the issue. Something is loose outside of my vehicle (not loose change, inside) and it needs to be addressed. I should not have to deal with the noise that has never been an issue before 2 weeks ago. I paid alot of money for my TRD PRO to not have this fixed.
I didn't meet James Allen personally but I am very satisfied with the work. However Jimmy at the front desk I have had the opportunity to work with twice and fully appreciate his professionalism and dedication to making sure I am satisfied with the work. I spoke to someone else at the dealership when I told them my car was leaking they told me to take it to a body shop. Jimmy took the right course of action and scheduled me in for service almost immediately helping me feel safer driving my car while 5 months pregnant. I will definitely be back because I feel they take my problems seriously and strive to do their best.
