I am glad my steering was finally fixed, but I am frustrated I had to turn around and drive the car back because the issue wasnt fixed the first time. I felt they didnt test drive the car after the initial alignment, because it was very apparent it was still pulling to one side after only driving a short distance.

Elisabeth did a great job and had excellent customer service. Just a suggestion, when a customer calls in for an appointment the call service should be looking to make sure they are coming in for the correct service. Oil service vs maintenance. It wasn’t until today with Elisabeth did I get it explained that I didn’t need to come in every 5,000 miles for an oil change. Thank you for making sure that my car got washed! :)

It was nice to get a text message asking if I had any concerns or questions while my car was being worked on, but when I did reply with a question there was no response ever.

After receiving my Rav 4 I noticed that it had been washed but parts were missed. It would have been nice if they would have vacuumed the front driver sided as well. My Rav 4 was there for a few days and I’m thankful for the loaner car.

Your service department is always friendly and helpful. My only gripe is with how long it takes to get an appointment. I hope you are able to staff up your Toyota care side so that waits are not 5 to 6 weeks.

Nothing against service rep at all, but I do have major issues with tires I've had from Toyota. Too many "sidewall" issues in spite of careful driving practices. I've not had these issues with any other tires from any place, including previous tires from Toyota. Seems to be defective and not holding up with warranty. Very disappointed.
