2 hour oil change. Was told the technician didn't tighten it enough so when they went to move it oil poured out. Asked that they note it on file in case issues arise.

I wasn’t asked, except via a sign in the garage, to leave my keys with the attendant, which led to late service on the car. Then I was told it would still be finished that day. It wasn’t, so I called the next day to ask when it would be done, was told noon and that I would get a call when it was done. I didn’t get a call when it was done. I told the rep that it needed to be done by 2 because my husband had to go to the airport. No call at noon, so I called again at 2 and was told it was ready. Who knows for how long. Then when I arrived I was told that it was parked right outside. It wasn’t. And my tire pressure low light is on so clearly the tires weren’t filled. I will not be back. What a hassle.

Feel as though I spent $300 just to then not spend another $3,000. I came in knowing things didn’t work and wanted them replaced, had I been told what the potential end cost would be I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the diagnostics. While waiting in the lobby I watched a video on how to fix one of my problems with a $20 part in about 30min, instead of going with you guys for over $2,000 and apparently needing to take out and send somewhere to get fixed. Also want to point out how silly it is to replace the whole headlight assembly just to replace a headlight and charge over $600 per assembly, I looked up a video on how to access just the headlight and replace it for about $40 a bulb. Oh and I was also informed my rear wiper needed replacing which was strange as a brand new one was installed by safelite 2 hours prior.

My appointment was at 8:30 and check in went well. Advised it would take about 1 hr and 30 minutes. At 10:55 I walked back to service to see what was taking so long. I wished they would have just come into waiting room and kept me advised they were running behind. Just would have been more satisfied if I was kept informed or updated.

When it comes to tire pressure, I am well equipped, with an air compressor, plenty of hose and pressure gauges, in my garage. I keep our tire pressure up the old fashioned way! Failure of a system (in this case, the tire pressure sensor) should NOT result in a false negative indication! The replacement of the two front sensors solved the ‘false negative’, and I no longer have a ‘Low Pressure indicator on my dashboard. BUT—-at the cost of four hours waiting, and $600, I now have ‘Passenger Air Bag Failure’ indication, instead of ‘low tire pressure’. Joe Conner ****-****-xxxx
