EVERYONE was so nice. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. There was great communication. The service area was very clean amd comfortable. The provided coffee water and snacks was a plus! Everything was presented nicely amd it was fresh and clean. I really appreciate everyone's kindness. Their smiles were uplifting.

I dropped my car off a Thursday night for a 10:30 appointment on Friday. Information was not passed on and my car was not serviced.

Appreciated Anastasis. She brought to my attention that I would soon be notified of a required service. She suggested that it could be done during the oil change...saving many money and an extra trip to the dealership. Great heads-up!
My car came back dirty on the outside after getting chip protection. We were told during financing that it would only be three hours. Guy on the phone to confirm appointment then said six hours. When I brought it in person, the representative said it will take between 8 to 10 hours. I felt like I was lied to for a sale.
I would appreciate my car being washed when the protection has dried

Brought the truck in to fix a problem with the screen. Didn't fix the problem lied about leaving a voicemail and when my wife picked up the truck they said we need to call toyota helpline to fix the problem. This is absolute BS makes me want sell the truck and buy a ford.
