Thanks for your attention to my truck @ it’s 45k servicing. We need to figure out what’s up with the lug nuts failing. Never heard of it now or in the past. Why are they failing now? What’s the cause?? It could be a very serious situation not to mention expensive. Let me know when Toyota figures it out…,

Service rep was kind and courteous. Wasn’t too happy about Toyota abandoning the free oil change after 4 oil changes.
I said yes to a car wash, but didn’t receive one. Otherwise I spent alot of money and had great service.
I ordered a set of tires to be installed at my 40,000 mile service. After I had waited more than an hour I was told that they ordered the wrong size. It took most of the next hour to get my car back from the service appmt. Almost 2 hours and only an oil change and safety inspection - and no tires. I ordered a set from Discount Tire from your waiting room and they were installed in less than an hour. Also the notes said that a cabin filter was needed. No one mentioned this, so there was no chance to replace it. I guess I will do it myself. You lost a chunk of business today. NB
The oil change went smoothly. The wait was pleasant. I’ve always had a good experience with Toyota of Puyallup.

Quit making excuses for not warranting parts. Honer what quoted. Better custermer service all around. Work more for the customer and less for profit. Start with that
