I was given another customer’s Toyota Multipoint Inspection. I didn’t receive my Inspection Report. Called your service department, explained what happened yet no call back yet. I paid for this report and would like to see my car’s report and I am sure that the report I have should go to its owner.

Service was on time, and complete. Sophia took the time to ensure I completely understood what was being done, suggestions for the future, and responded concisely to my questions.
Couple of things. I reserved a loaner car which upon arrival was unavailable. Had to call my employer and take extra time off. I was in for a safety check a month ago everything was good. I brought it in yesterday for a noise which the mechanic thinks is a harmonic and now about 3000 miles after the safety inspection they say I need front brakes, power steering flush, a motor vac?? Seems odd in a month and less than 3,000 miles I need this work? During my visit last month I was asked if I would like to sell my truck, Isaud yes, never heard from anybody. I am thinking of upgrading my truck and would like to buy a 4th or 5th vehicle from you, but....
Jimmy did a great job managing the service. Kept me informed and explained all service work and costs clearly.
Consider giving all customers who purchase the new maintenance agreement their maintenance appointments within 8 days or less

My frustration isn't with the Representatives, its the fact that I have been to the facility twice now and I have to do it all over again because Toyota doesn't have a "Resolve" for my issue yet.
I will say, Nick was great. Having to deal with unhappy customers isn't fun, but I left there with a smile because of him.
Toyota needs to get their act together before they notify you of issues.
