I was given another customer’s Toyota Multipoint Inspection. I didn’t receive my Inspection Report. Called your service department, explained what happened yet no call back yet. I paid for this report and would like to see my car’s report and I am sure that the report I have should go to its owner.

Couple of things. I reserved a loaner car which upon arrival was unavailable. Had to call my employer and take extra time off. I was in for a safety check a month ago everything was good. I brought it in yesterday for a noise which the mechanic thinks is a harmonic and now about 3000 miles after the safety inspection they say I need front brakes, power steering flush, a motor vac?? Seems odd in a month and less than 3,000 miles I need this work? During my visit last month I was asked if I would like to sell my truck, Isaud yes, never heard from anybody. I am thinking of upgrading my truck and would like to buy a 4th or 5th vehicle from you, but....

My frustration isn't with the Representatives, its the fact that I have been to the facility twice now and I have to do it all over again because Toyota doesn't have a "Resolve" for my issue yet. I will say, Nick was great. Having to deal with unhappy customers isn't fun, but I left there with a smile because of him. Toyota needs to get their act together before they notify you of issues. Thank you Nick for your help.

Quick and helpful. Also loved the drop off and pick up service. Just wish I knew about the punch cards no longer being used and I could have gotten a discount
