I am not satisfied at all. I will be calling a manager in the morning. My Toyota App is still not working and now I can’t even access updates in my car. My car is rocking towards and backwards and my wheels were not even touched. Did you knock off the weights on my tires at my last service? I feel like I’m at an amusement park bouncing all around in my car.

Customer service is great but it took way too long to fix my recall. The first appointment which I waited for two hours, I thought they were going to actually fix it but it was just to check to see if it needed fixed. Then apparently the part has to be ordered and I was there today for four hours, waiting for it to get fixed. Any other recall I’ve had is fixed the first time I take it in. Toyota should have the parts ready to go in case it does need to be taken care of.
I was extremely pleased. The computer system ate my appointment so the only proof I had was the text message confirmation I got. That wasn’t an issue they were able to still do the service today and in record time. Excellent service thank you
5 star and very good customer service
No car wash or vacuum. Wasn’t offered punch card. Very expensive oil change with none of the perks that I used to receive the last 12 years I’ve brought my Highlander in for service. Aside from that- the service gal who helped me was great!

We had both of our vehicles serviced today. Our earned free oil change was not honored because this dealership has changed the rewards program.

Everything was great except my car was not washed and I was told it was.
Not very happy with the quality of service provided when my wife takes in my Tundra when I can’t. Every time my wife takes in the truck, they try to tell her that something catastrophically wrong and she needs to have your service department fix it. On the other hand when I come in to service my Tundra, there is never anything “wrong” with it. Also, all the fluids are supposed to be checked during the “multipoint” inspection, but the two of the fluids were low upon her bringing it back home. It just seems awfully suspect that the service is different when my wife brings in the Tundra vs. when I do.
I know the driver’s inside door handle is loose, probably a broken clip. Should be any easy fix. They charged me a $150 fee to tell me there is nothing wrong. I have already had to tighten the screw once. I went from the service dept to the parts dept and ordered the piece so I can fix it myself.
