Mr.Gallette and the Service Department professionally maintained contact with me as I waited for the backordered part for two months, and my RAV 4 on your lot. I asked that they check the car and drive it and wash it to maintain its integrity and Nic said
“no problem.”
A potentially stressfull oriented situation was diffused and I felt at ease awaiting the part and repair. The dealership is a welcomed place and friendly. I will recommend to others.

Chance was great but the male service writer made some
Uncomfortable in the waiting room by Chances desk. It wasn’t busy but there were 3-4 people waiting and the Service guy kinda barked, feel free to grab anyone in line and write them up.
Can’t imagine what it’s like going to work and it being busy, could have been handled a lot better and not made staff and customers uncomfortable.
Also just moving back from Kentucky, there were several ladies with children, may have been a great time to park cars in the service entry garage and let them get in their cars out of the rain.
Overall y’all did a great job
