The installation looks great! Definitely worth the wait and I'm looking forward to testing out my new toe hitch. You guys have a wonderful team both on the floor and in the services department, Chance was absolutely amazing very polite and answered all my questions wonderfully. one small suggestion if possible have a greeter of some sort to Acknowledge the customer Upon arrival To help with any directions or instructions, it was my first time there and kinda felt lost (only at first) thank you

I had tint done and mudguards installed. The tint job was excellent. However, unfortunately one of the mud guards was installed incorrectly. Luckily it wasn’t too hard to fix. Additionally, the mud guards were installed on top of a bunch of leaf and needle debris. So I ended up taking them all off, cleaned behind them all, and reinstalled them. I also want to reiterate the tint job was excellent! I’m also thankful for he lender. Thanks

Nick was and has always been good to work with when I bring my vehicle in and I have owned this car for 18 years, not sure how long he’s been there but it’s been a know. I gravitate towards his booth when I arrive knowing he will take good care of me.

My oil change when I bought my car… I was told that I can use it whenever. When I enquirer about it today they told me it expired. That is not what was agreed upon when I bought the car and when I was in the service department a few years ago. If I can use it whenever why wasn’t it in my docs that my oil change has an expiration date? Using whenever I want to shouldn’t have an expiration date and it should have been outlined in the agreement.

We have two vehicles. I scheduled an appointment for the highlander then my husband scheduled an urgent appointment for the Camry, then I scheduled an appointment for the Camry not knowing my husband had already scheduled the appointment. So we had 3 appointments on the books. It would have been nice if someone would have asked us which appointment needed to be cancelled before canceling our 12/8 appointment which was the only appointment for the Highlander. We were am to get the Highlander serviced on 12/8. We have alway enjoy our service with Toyota and looking to purchase a 3rd vehicle sometime in 2024
