It was so busy and Nic explained that to me and let me know it would be 1 and 1/2 hour wait so I was pleasantly surprised when he called in less than a hour that my car was done. He recognized me as a long time customer and made sure the crew knew this. It made me feel special and this is the great attitude I receive from long time employees that keep me coming back to Toyota of Puyallup.
Service was great. James was friendly and quick with check in and check out.
Anastasia was very helpful. She looked into my request to plug the car in when done and before my return. Unfortunately, when I picked the car the service person told me that they couldn’t do it. Would be a nice feature to add.

I love the customer service that i get every time im there. Everyone is very professional and i actually feel that you are all like 1 big happy family.
