All was fine as it always is at Toyota of Puyallup. I was a bit surprised that the vehicle was vacuumed like it has been in the past. Not a big deal just an observation. I always have great service at your dealership and that is why I always come back even though there is a dealership much closer to my home. Jess and her helper were very courteous and professional.

Becca did an awful job. Had to engage the rest of the team in order to get a satisfactory solution. She tried to feed us nonsense to get us off the phone and to accept that she simply didn’t listen when we checked in and didn’t care when she ignored what we asked her to do. All we wanted was for her to call us when they figured out what was wrong with our car before they did the other work. Oh, and not lie to us when she failed to do the simple thing we asked her to. Thanks to Anastasia and Rick for making things right.

Took a very long time. Just to get my paperwork for checkout, it took me over 30 minutes. My appointment was at 4:30, I was told that there was a 45-60 min wait time. I didn’t leave until after 6:15pm.

The issue of my back sensor not working was because of a low battery charge issue. You guys replaced my batte a few months ago and I would think you would check all the systems were back up & running instead of me having to pay another $165 to find out what the issue was. I really feel you should not have charged me additional money for something you should have made sure was in working order when you gave my vehicle back to me after replacing the battery. Very disappointing.
