Rebecca was excellent to work with. In addition to my oil change there ended up being a couple more issues that needed repair. If it wasn’t for your team I most likely would’ve been stranded at some point so thank you all

My car was there for 7 hours and we received no update. I had to call Chance, the supervisor to get an update. Very disappointed with the experience.
Kennedy helped me today. She was great attentive, answered all my questions. She took the time to come out to my car and go over some of the features I wasn’t sure about. Very patient!! She never made me feel rushed. Exceptional customer service. The car wash was just icing on the cake!!

When I picked up my car after having the 30,000 mile service completed, I found an interior air filter sitting on the passenger seat. On it, was a post it note stating the glove box was locked so couldn’t replace filter. Im guessing the tech was unaware that the key is in the fob. So I changed it out myself in your parking lot.

Puyallup kept having issues finding our prepaid maintenance package, so we contacted the original dealership, got a copy of our contract and brought it in. But were told it wouldn’t be accepted. This was after waiting for over a month to get an appointment & having to call vs being able to book online. We had to do everything on our own and ended up taking the vehicle back to Tacoma where they not only were able to service us the next day, but were able to help us get all the maintenance contract info linked into our VIN & kept us updated every step of the way. We live closer to Puyallup and preferred to take our vehicle there, but it’s easier to schedule appointments, get in quicker, and receive a higher level of customer support. No need to follow up or contact. We will continue to service our vehicle with Tacoma.
Jessica was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly! She is an asset to your dealership and she made me feel totally chill. Her positive attitude and shiny demeanor sets the bar very high!!
Your prices are getting way too expensive. I’ve been coming there for years and am seriously considering looking for somewhere else to go.
