No car wash was offered, no vouchers if car wash was down. No mention of it at all. Aside from that it was great, service was completed sooner than estimated, technician left oil smears on center console but that probably would've been cleaned had there been a car wash. Lol

It seems like little things are going wrong’ it’s only four years old and has been driven 20k a year. Is this normal. Yes I would like a trade in price you have the complete history on car thank you

Chance was amazing! This is the first and only time that I have had exceptional customer service by the Toyota Puyallup service department. Every time before this time I have been super super disappointed; however, Chance turned that around! Please give him a raise.

Jessica was great. Actually, all of the people I encountered were great. The lone issue is probably a system/process issue. I was notified last week that my license plates were ready. I told the rep on the phone that I had a service appointment on 1/12 and the plates could be put on at that time. She took a note and attached the note to my plates but the task was t added to the service job list. It’s a MINOR thing but the care and service I have received to date has been exemplary and I figured you would like to know about even the trivial matters.
