Worst service ever 90 min oil change (ridiculous for a simple oil change) in fact took 2.5 hours, and likely would have been longer if I hadnt checked at 135 min. More than dozen customers came and went while I waited Felt like 2nd class citizen because i was having my 13 yr old car being serviced. Little did they know I am on waiting list for a 2024 Prius Prime I could have had better service at Jiffy Lube for much less on less than 30 min. On top of everything car was not washed which is an expected service.

I just don't think it was ethical and right to first worked on the car charge me and then telling me that the car is not safe. I strongly feel that the dealer doesn’t care about his customers. It will never take one of my car to get it replace at the Puyallup Toyota Dealer. The dealer took money from a poor family. That wasn’t right, they don’t take responsibilities. And they lie.

My tires were not rotated as they had record that they needed replaced. My tires are only 4 months old. My wife took my car in and didn’t inform them that the tires were new. If they’d checked my tires I think they’d have seen they were new. Now I’ll take my car somewhere else for rotation.

It’s always something when I come there. They didn’t even pull my car into the bay until 1 hour and 5 minutes from my appointment time I sat and listened to two of the employees smack talking customers. Honestly, I don’t know why I go to that location, after so many issues over the years. Auburn is going to be my next stop.
