I setup my appt to get a service done, the tire indicator issue solved and my rear view mirror fixed. Service was done, and I was then told I'd have to schedule again for the rest. So disappointing to be promised one thing and get stiffed.

The service on my vehicle was excellent. But I had a question about my Care Plus plan. The service representative referred me to a 800 number for Toyota. They listened but said the dealership would have to solve the problem. I let the service representative know and would expect a manager to at least provide an explanation. But she said she would report the issue to the manager. I don’t have an answer to my question. ****-****-xxxx

Service was not complete due to one of the maintenance mechanics at the Toyota Puyallup site, lost my lockwheel key to unmount the tires. mechanic did not place the wheel lock key back in its place under the passengers seat in the back. Explain this to the service rep and there hasn’t been any follow up. I tried calling the service manager yesterday I got no response.. this is really a problem for me because I cannot travel very far in case I get a flat I cannot change my tire. this is very frustrating to me. I wish this would be resolved as soon as possible. Please reach out to me ****-****-xxxx.

I have been so pleased with the customer service I have received at Toyota of Puyallup. From the reception desk to the staff that performs the service on my car…..so friendly, capable, and never a problem. I’m always so impressed with how smoothly everything runs and I get my car back at or before the time they promised. Excellent from start to finish! Thank you!
