Nic was friendly. I didn’t expect two have an hour and a half wait to get a key cut. I did inform them when I made the appt that I needed a second key fob.. turns out they’re on back order. I guess I’ll call at a later time. I need an additional fob. Doesn’t make sense to have extra keys that don’t unlock the doors or the glove box. They also asked if I wanted a free “general inspection”. I said yes but not sure if they did that.
It was my first time in a dealership and they were packed! I heard several employees and customers say that was unusual. Everyone seemed happy though.

If I had known only the areas Chip Protect was to be applied would be cleaned, I would have washed entire truck myself before bringing it in.
We have always been pleased with both service and sales. Your staff is great.
We scheduled this oil change appointment knowing that we had a free oil change. No one notified us that they no longer honor free oil changes, and on top of having to PAY for a free oil change, there was a large price increase. We are super disappointed with the lack of transparency, communication and customer service.
