Chance was very polite and helpful. The service department was very busy when I was there and I was supposed to be checking in on the other side of service, but it was extremely busy and he was kind and helped me with everything
When I dropped off the van I told them there was a K&N cabin filter and to not replace it, I can clean it and put it back. After I got the vehicle back I checked the filter and it was replaced. I also don’t understand why my tires weren’t rotated if it’s part of the service, I was told it’s wasn’t completed because of tread depth and that greater tread depth was needed on the rear tires which I don’t understand when I have a
Front wheel drive van. My van was available 2 hours after expected which made it where I had to pick it up at almost closing. This made the check out process seem rushed and the girl who helped me seemed unaware of what was actually done with my car. Overall I’m less than happy with what seemed like a simple service on an otherwise perfectly fine vehicle.

the tech inflated my tires to 55 psi. the tire says max pressure is 44 psi. when I called back they told me it’s safe, but I don’t think so. I read several places online saying exceeding max pressure can cause a blowout.
We found James to be very accommodating and informative about what services were needed. He treated us with respect and never pressured us into more than was needed at the time. He informed us of things we should consider in the future so we can expect to have them done at our next service. I would highly recommend him to anyone for auto repairs.
