My service started with a lot of disappointment from ordering a new Tundra with options to cancelling because couldn’t get options I ordered. I then met
Matt sales manager who asked to give him a chance to find the right Tundra…He called around and found a 1794 edition with my options, color and more…he was great..!!!! Andrew and Logan were above and beyond! Excellent service,communications,and follow thru.! !!! Problems came up and were promptly addressed and resolved…If it weren’t for these gentleman I would have gone elsewhere….

Logan very thorough and knew my vehicle history. Explained the problem and corrective action as well.
I requested the vehicle be washed and that was noted in the shop notes but it didn't happen.
I learned for the first time that our maintenance contract has a one year grace period and thus expires at the end of June 2025 rather than June 2024. Very much appreciate learning this as pandemic significantly reduced our driving.

I can promise I will not be returning to Toyota of Puyallup for any car services moving forward. I was told when I scheduled the appt that it would be an hour. When I walked in they said an hour and 45 minutes. I told the receptionist I had another appt and he would get me out at 11. I showed up at 9:45 and didn’t get out until 11:45… The “promise” time was 11. Then when I went to do the punch card that puyallup offers so my next oil change would be free. I was told that the program was discontinued and the receptionist tried to sell me the alternative when I already told her I was late and needed to be somewhere else. When I brought up the fact that when I called to schedule the appt and was told how long the appt would take there was zero accountability taken no steps were done to fix the matter. The blame was placed on a “third party” we own a small business and use an answer service. If our service did that. They would be fired. And the fact that this is an “on going issue and management is aware” per the receptionist but no steps have been taken to fix the issue. It shows that Toyota or puyallup doesn’t respect or value the customers time. I am more than happy to drive to Doxon Toyota in auburn or Toyota Or Kirkland because my time is valued.
