Windshield wipers not replaced even though I asked about it during check in. Right one is definitely separating. I didn't have time to go back and complain once I had left and was on the road in the rain.

Nic is an effective communicator. We had some challenges with the nature of the car problem. It ended up being an Ecu instead of actuators. I had some snags in communication when my case got handed off to someone else, so maybe there is room to include better notes for hand offs. But Overall, I am pretty impressed with his service. I have informed friends, family, and coworkers about the repair costs being covered by sales, and the chance to drive a high quality rental. So Nic and Josh really did well. I am pretty strapped as a new dad, and this was an expense I could not have managed to go along with the sleep deprivation. Thank you.

Only criticism I would give is in regards to contacting a customer about vehicle pick up. I dropped my truck off for 8:15 appt at 8:00. I reached out about 12:30 and was told to expect my truck there all day. No big deal. Then I reached out via the text service again at about 4-4:30 to ask if I should head down and got no response, until a phone call at about 5:00 pm. Telling me my truck was ready and that they closed at 5:30. I am over 30 minutes away. I got my truck, but planning out ahead of time for those of us with a drive would be better received. Small thing. Area of opportunity is all. Had I not been able to get my truck after all day for the second Saturday in a row, this would be very different. Team was great. Friendly. Informative. Just plan ahead so us customers do not have to rush or worry about being able to get our vehicles up the same day.
