You couldn't find anything wrong with it after it wouldn't start and you didn't charge me.
Did not receive any message as to when vehicle ready. I asked to have a bulb replaced. I was told it will be done. Later he quoted $200 for bulb replacement

I want to temper my enthusiasm a bit till I know that the repair indeed did fix the problem. I have a hard time getting my head around the check engine light disabling all other safety functions because of a detected thermostat issue. My car/engine has never overheated or come close.
$900.00 later it’s a head scratcher.

I will start by saying I am definitely a pain in the Fn as customer... Nick was awesome to say the least through the entire warranty claim process.. Excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations, and, I got my truck back the same day as I requested. 10 stars for sure.

I scheduled an appointment for a fuel line recall on a ‘23’ Tundra. Getting checked in for the appointment I am notified that the fuel tank needs to be near 1/4 full. It was currently 3/4 full. So, my option is to reschedule. I do so and head the 45 minute drive back home. On my way home I realize I’m unsure how long this repair will take. So, I call service department and ask how long the repair will be. I had a 1:45pm check in and am informed that it will likely take the rest of the day and be ready for pick up. Just disappointing that neither the fuel level or time to repair were relayed to me at setting the appointments. All previous service and recalls were short turn around, but I do not recall being informed of that information on those either.
I brougbt it in for a shimmy when driving and the tech said it is the front brakes. We'll see if that is the issue.
I’ve known Rebecca for at least four years always very kind to me when she used to take my money in the Front Desk lol I know she tried to do the best for the vehicle and even called this insurance company to try to make sure I would get my claim taken care of she went beyond I would say 110% I don’t know if I ever buy this kind of insurance some Zurch again they don’t explain stuff to you very good plus they don’t get back to you to see how you’re working on your claim for them.
