I've called on this already, but my heated seat controls are installed backwards. So the passenger side control turns on the driver seat heat and vice versa.
I'm waiting for a call back to know when I'll be able to get this fixed.

She was great and since I have a stoftopper on my truck it shouldn't be ran through automated wash. She offered to have it done by hand. Which is was and I greatly appreciate that. I haven't had time to wash it often because our oldest son was diagnosed with cancer. She also went over everything that was being done for our service.

Andrea was great. That is where the “ service” changed. We were scheduled to have the cabin air filter and element sub assembly replaced.
The work failed to be completed. The filters were left on the vehicle seat.
Brand new filters uninstalled. This is not the first time service was poorly
done. Awhile back oily rags and oil spilled all over the engine smelled the vehicle up like a fugitive from Grease Monkey. I talked with Lori and the service manager that time.
