Having to argue with staff
The service received by Joseph Helm was perfect. He was easy to talk to, answered my questions, and reminded me about a slight concern on brake fluid needing to be changed... There was no pressure on the issue but a great courtesy reminder on the problem.
Once the oil and brake fluids were changed, he got me checked out and back on the road quickly.
Joseph did a stellar job and hope to deal with him on my next visit.
So nice, respectful, and good customer service skill.
Have not got vehicle back yet as we are waiting for parts.

My 2017 Corolla has always been serviced by Toyota since purchase.
Everything went smooth yet when we first walk in to the area for our car appt for oil change the last 3 times they are not welcoming at all. Most places greet you, upon entry the people in the garage area do yet the ones in the office area do not ….. even if they are not busy and just talking to co workers and hanging out.
We always have to wait for scheduled appts and once we go to sit down they then ask us our names . I wish it was a bit less unfriendly just in that space.
Service tech did not have enough knowledge to figure out a known common problem the sound stopped working on sterio. Sterio works but speakers don't. Had front brakes done and brake dust was inside car black soot near gear shift had oil changed. No quote to check speaker connection the tried to charge me $175.00 for checking speaker and did not fix it and wanted to charge me $400 to leave it until tomorrow and no guarantee the service tech had the knowledge to fix it. What a scam on a old little lady. I bought 2 vehicles from your company you should be ashamed. You should give me 2 free oil changes horrible customer scam...what happened to your dealership? I was so mad and I'm sick.i forgot my wiperblades they did not put the senior discount on that I previously called about and I sold to you my 2005 toyota tacoma way to cheap in 2021. Rich needs to step up and the dealership should treat their loyal customers with respect and not try to scam them what a joke.it was not right to try to get a extra $600 out of me I'm disabled and have a limited income what happened????
Very pleasant and professional. Car was ready just when he said it would be.
Elizabeth was very cordial to work with. She gave me an estimate as to the amount of time it would take to complete the work on my vehicle and she was spot on. I will be back and hopefully with her as my service advisor.
They have not washed my vehicle in a very very long time.

Side note: I have talk to a couple people about fixing a rock chip damage on the hood right corner. I was told you guys were going to do a little research to get me to the right person and its been over a month with no answer.
